Bernardo's Christmas Wish at RoCoco Inc

Getting promoted to Assistant Manager at RoCoco, Inc was Bernardo’s Christmas wish this year, and Santa came through just 2 days before Christmas! 

On 12/23/21, we promoted Mr. Solano to Assistant Manager. He and his team reached their sales goals the Sunday after Black Friday and through teamwork, hard work, and perseverance they hit the metrics to make this possible.

Bernardo started working at RoCoco, Inc in February of 2020, just 1 month before the entire world went into lockdown. He was one of the first ones to reach out to Becky and say “ when can we come back I’m ready to hit the ground running.” He’s always been fearless and a go-getter. He sets big goals and doesn’t stop till he achieves what he sets out to do.
Bernardo is originally from Los Angeles. Moved with his family to Wisconsin attended Pius XI High School and graduated from Uw-Milwaukee with a BBA major in Marketing and Certificate for International Business. Before RoCoco inc he was very involved in his family landscaping business (Solano Landscaping LLC,) pretty much an apprentice.
His hobbies include hanging out with family/friends, traveling, dog things he has a beautiful handsome husky, and a big Wisconsin sports fan! Brewers, Bucks, Packer, you name it he is rooting them on. Some of his goals consist of being a great business owner and servant leader for his team, staying humble, learning from the best, teaching those who are/were in his shoes how to reach the same levels, build a house from the ground up, retire his mom, and be the best version of himself for those to come.
