Meet Our Newest Senior Corporate Trainer

Nicholas is our newest promotion to Senior Corporate Trainer. Nicholas started at RoCoco, five months ago and has already made a great impact on the company. Nicholas set the goal to be promoted to Senior Corporate Trainer, two months ago. His goal was to receive the promotion by February 24th, his birthday. He reached the goal on February 22nd, two days early.  Nicholas is an incredible team-player and has remarkable leadership qualities. He says in order to receive this promotion "you cannot depend on yourself, you have to depend on your team". If Nicholas had to describe himself in one word, he says he is "fundamental."

Nicholas accomplished a major goal today but that doesn't stop him from working towards his future goals. He wants to become an Assistant Manager by the end of summer and pay off his student loans. He also wants to be able to support his family, especially his mother and her love of horses.
