In addition to her thriving business, Roddick was personally involved in activism related to social or environmental issues. Her legacy continues to serve as an inspiration for women everywhere.

Sara Blakely is the epitome of a major success story. While working in sales, her desire for foot-less pantyhose sparked the idea that became Spanx. Trusting herself, she ran with the idea, later becoming on of America's youngest, self-made female billionaires. Her innovation, work ethic, and commitment continue to inspire women worldwide to follow their own dreams.
