What Gets You Out Of Bed?

We've all been there, we've all struggled to get out of bed. It can be some people's biggest challenge of the day. In the morning, it can feel quite daunting to lay and imagine your daily responsibilities and tasks. Laying in a big pile of blankets with the shades shut can often sound much more appealing. However, "you can't be successful, if you can't get out of bed," Joel, RoCoco employee, shares.
RoCoco employees find ways to motivate themselves to get out of bed and take on the day, every day.

Here's what motivates them:

New Opportunities - Every day there's a chance to start something new. You never know what opportunities might present themselves that day, and you will never know if you don't get out of bed. There could be a new opportunity at work, school, or your personal life.

Positive Work Environment - Employees look forward to waking up and coming to work when the environment is positive. A workplace can make or break an employees motivation. Create an open, energetic, and inviting workplace, to encourage employees to want to come to work.

Growth at Work - Employees are motivated to get up and start working when they know there are opportunities in the workplace for promotion. People are continuously learning and growing and want their positions to grow with them.

Breakfast - There is no denying that breakfast is one of the biggest motivators to get out of the sheets. We are human-beings, therefore we are driven by food, and there is nothing wrong with that. People who make and eat breakfast are more successful throughout the day. Make yourself a hearty and nutritious meal to fuel your day. It is true what they say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Pets - We all love our pets. If you're a pet owner than you already know that they play a huge role in getting people out of bed. As a pet owner, it's one of your responsibilities to get up and take your pet out, feed them, or give them affection. Enjoy that time with your pets and appreciate the love they give you, that'll help stay positive when getting out of bed.

Morning Workouts - It can be difficult to get into the routine of working out in the morning, but those who do, can't imagine their day without it. Employees who workout first thing in the morning, feel energized and ready to take on the day. They are bettering themselves physically so that they can be their best selves mentally, psychologically, and physically, throughout the day.
