Our leadership spotlight this week is on AJ Steinbacher. AJ is punctual, dedicated to his work, and always looking for ways to improve.
AJ stays motivated by looking at each workday as a challenge. He developed a challenge-motivation mentality when he served in the U.S. Army. AJ likes to see adversity as opportunity. AJ believes that his gift of gab, sense of urgency, and customer service skills are the traits that helped him become a great leader. When AJ isn't working he likes to spend time at home with his cat, Douglas.
AJ's Advice: Have a playmaker mentality with everything you do, especially when you are struggling.
